		<description>Spoke at a banquet tonight, and was interested to see that the plates provided for the buffet were more along the 8 inch salad plate than the 10 or 12 inch dinner plate. I noted it made a difference in how much food people took.</description>

		<description>In the wake of a rather caloric three week vacation, I know the value of reducing both the size of my plate and the quantity of food on it as well as strengthening the plate (through both exercise and down time)to get back in balance.  
Thanks for the reminder that we can apply these same principles to our work.  There is the perfect opportunity today for me to do this.  Enjoy Arizona Pat!</description>
