Greetings from your Pausemeister. What is a Pausemeister? Well, it's simply someone who attempts to master the art of the pause.

That would be me, Patricia Katz, your Pauseworks host. (By the way, Patricia or Pat are both just fine).

My work and insights are really those of a Renewal Strategist - someone who finds ways for all of us to balance that press for performance with an all important pause for renewal.
